Ordinary Audrey

Ordinary Audrey Ordinary Audrey by Peter Harris, Tiger Tales, 2001, hc, 32 pp. OP

Ordinary Audrey is . . . well, an ordinary, little girl, (she likes swinging on swings--as long as they don't go too high) unlike her sister Deadwood Deb, who is a fearsome little girl. She is "so tough she could out-lasso, out-snarl, and out-eat even the toughest cowboy in the land," even at five years old.

But one day a wild bunch of desperadoes comes to town. Who will save the town? Deadwood Deb has gone to Florida on vacation. Read the rest of the story to find out the exciting conclusion of this rooten-tooten, wild west tale of a little girl who proves to be rather extraordinary.
